No. We recommend you create a collection for specific campaigns and we encourage you to use the topics to further organize the content within your collection.
Any limit on the number of team-members viewing a collection?
No. Invite fact we encourage inviting all relevant team-members. From strategists, creative directors, copy-writers, editors, producers and business affairs. It’s invaluable when you bring the entire team along the journey to licensing amazing content.
Can I invite external team-members to view and collaborate in a collection?
Yes. We encourage it. Remember you can specify team-member roles and a team manager can manage roles as you add new members - collaborator, member or purchaser. It’s highly flexible and you can adjust over time.
