Detailed Clearance Updates
Customers will receive regular updates on all shots in the clearance process through a shared spreadsheet or email. This provides a clear overview of the clearance status and visibility into any potential licensing issues. Customers can proactively share their priority lists and timeframes to expedite or prioritize items as needed.
Custom Organization of Shots
Our team can manage the organization of shots by directing which shots get added to different collections and how they are grouped on the platform. This includes adding custom labels, topics, and usage categories.
Enhanced Price Tracking
Twice a week, the team will provide a detailed summary of the customer's current costs on the platform via spreadsheet or email. This summary will include clearance fees, curation, assessment fees, production services fees, and any requested license fees.
Platform Usage
Production Services can make purchases on behalf of customers, such as adding shots into Clearance and licensing select media. Customers will approve these actions via email or in the shared spreadsheet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need managed services on every project?
No, definitely not. Our Customer Success team will pay close attention and help to prioritize and pull all cross functional teams together and ensure project success. We recommend using Managed Services for any fast-moving, high visibility projects and when you have little bandwidth.
Can I engage on a project-by-project basis?
Yes, absolutely. It does not have to follow for all campaigns and projects delivered. We suggest you work directly with your account rep to discuss the details and understand how we price.
Do Managed Services come with an executive sponsor?
Yes. Our Customer Success manager along with your account rep will also have the full support of executives on the Catch+Release side. We will present reports and reviews during regular business check-ins which we recommend on a quarterly or half-yearly basis.
If I use Managed Services, do I get discounts on curation or other services?
Our fees for Managed Services really cover our costs. You are eligible for other promotions during certain timeframes and your account team will relay those details as soon as they are announced.
